If you're new to lucid dreaming, or you know about it a bit but never knew where to start, there's many guides out there you can utilize for your endeavors. There's a forum that actually involves dreaming and aspects of it such as lucid dreaming and much more!

 It's a small community, but you can expect to find a lot of guides through their wiki and on forum sections as well. They also have an off-topic section if you're interested in having a small social circle you can develop with members there.

 If it weren't for my friend that referred to me about that site, I probably wouldn't have known you could induce lucid dreaming just like a skill. There are many skills you can use like WILD (Wake Initiated Lucid Dream), MILD (Mnemonic Initiated Lucid Dream), and more!

 There's so much potential with this, and some examples are:

 - Having a better assurance of how you view life

 - Being more positive and more accepting of the challenges that come to you in this life

 - Accessing parts of your unconscious to improve yourself mentally

 With lucid dreaming, and taking advantage of dreaming that occurs naturally in our sleep, you can have the advantage of appreciating this life and gaining more knowledge!

 And remember, lucid dreaming is like a skill...it can always be improved, and the more you are aware of this, the faster you are in being able to induce it! I wish you the best!
